More than a retreat

Haus of Minds creates small, immersive retreats built around people with something extraordinary to share.

Instead of experiencing an expert from the back row of a conference room, we create opportunities to spend meaningful time together—learning, asking questions, sharing meals, exploring ideas and experiencing their work in a more personal setting.

Fewer people. More access. Deeper experiences.

Neuromyofascial Meridians Functional Integration
$3,200.00
Limit 8 per order

A three-day, two-night immersive retreat exploring the relationships among the autonomic nervous system, fascia, neuromyofascial chains, meridians, movement and traditional Eastern perspectives.

Program

Three Days of Learning, Practice & Integration

Designed as a progressive three-day experience, the program moves from foundational concepts to practical exploration and finally to integrated application. Each day combines focused learning with hands-on practice, conversation and time to reflect.

DAY ONE

Foundations, Regulation & Assessment

Begin by exploring the relationship between Yin and Yang and the autonomic nervous system, including sympathetic and parasympathetic regulation, followed by an introduction to fascia and the extracellular matrix.

The practical sessions explore HRV before and after selected interventions, manual approaches involving acupoints, auricular stimulation, and ways of observing autonomic response.

The afternoon introduces neuromyofascial chains and meridians, followed by physical evaluation exploring top-down and bottom-up patterns and characteristics such as tone, stiffness, length and strength.

Explore:
Autonomic regulation • Yin & Yang • Fascia • Extracellular matrix • HRV • Acupoints • Neuromyofascial chains • Meridians • Functional evaluation

DAY TWO

From Traditional Concepts to Practical Application

Day Two explores Qi through a contemporary Western lens, creating a bridge between traditional concepts and modern understanding.

Participants move into practical exploration using applied kinesiology, followed by theory surrounding trigger points, acupoints and the sensation of Deqi.

The afternoon brings these concepts into practice through posture, manual approaches and magnetic cupping of selected acupoints.

Explore:
Qi • Applied kinesiology • Trigger points • Acupoints • Deqi • Posture • Manual approaches • Magnetic cupping

DAY THREE

Integration in Practice

The final day brings the pieces together.

Rather than introducing another full day of theory, participants work through real cases from within the group, applying concepts and approaches explored during Days One and Two.

The emphasis shifts toward observation, assessment, reasoning, application and reassessment—creating an opportunity to see how the different elements of the program can be considered together in practice.

Explore:
Case evaluation • Integrated assessment • Practical application • Observation • Reassessment • Group discussion
