The Program

Three Days. One Connected Approach. Rather than examining individual systems in isolation, Andrea invites participants to explore relationships across the body and consider how different frameworks can inform observation, movement and functional assessment.

Each day builds upon the last.

Join us on Oct. 23-25, 2026

DAY 1

Foundations, Regulation & Assessment

Morning — 10:00 AM–11:30 AM

Understanding the Foundations

Explore the theory of Yin and Yang and its relationship to the autonomic nervous system, including sympathetic and parasympathetic activity.

The session also introduces:

Fascia
The extracellular matrix
Autonomic regulation
Eastern and Western perspectives

15-minute break

11:45 AM–1:15 PM

From Theory to Observation

Move into practical exploration, including examples of HRV measurement before and after selected interventions, manual approaches involving acupoints and auricular stimulation.

The emphasis is on observing physiological response and considering how these concepts may relate to autonomic regulation.

1:15 PM — Lunch & Gathering

Afternoon — 3:00 PM–4:30 PM

Neuromyofascial Chains & Meridians

Explore the theoretical relationships among neuromyofascial chains, movement patterns and traditional meridian concepts.

15-minute break

4:45 PM–6:15 PM

Functional Evaluation

Practical exploration of top-down and bottom-up patterns, followed by physical evaluation along meridian and neuromyofascial pathways.

Participants explore characteristics including:

Tone • Stiffness • Length • Strength • Movement Patterns

EXPLORE • ASSESS • UNDERSTAND

DAY 2

From Traditional Concepts to Practical Application

Morning — 10:00 AM–11:30 AM

Understanding Qi Through a Western Lens

Explore the traditional concept of Qi and consider ways it may be interpreted and discussed through contemporary Western perspectives.

15-minute break

11:45 AM–1:15 PM

Applied Exploration

A practical session introducing testing approaches including applied kinesiology and guided observation.

1:15 PM — Lunch & Gathering

Afternoon — 3:00 PM–4:30 PM

Trigger Points, Acupoints & Deqi

Explore the theory surrounding:

Trigger points
Acupoints
The sensation of Deqi
Relationships between traditional and contemporary frameworks

15-minute break

4:45 PM–6:15 PM

Practical Integration

Bring the day's concepts into guided practice through:

Postural approaches
Manual techniques
Selected acupoints
Magnetic cupping

DAY 3

Integration in Practice

Bringing It All Together

The third day shifts away from a traditional lecture format and toward real-case integration.

Participants work through cases from within the group, bringing together concepts and approaches explored throughout Days One and Two.

The emphasis is on:

Observation
Functional assessment
Clinical reasoning and discussion
Pattern recognition
Practical application
Reassessment

Andrea guides participants through the process of considering the body from multiple perspectives and exploring how individual findings may connect within the larger system.
